(www.cdc.gov/healthyyouth/sher)

·       Click on Search
·       Read the description for each resource.
·       Choose one resource (lesson) and click on the title

Dear Parents

  This is Mr. Adams and I am the Physical Education/ Health teacher her at San Pedro High School. I want to inform you that we will be beginning a soccer unit for the next week. this is a contact sport and if you have any questions of what this unit will consist please contact me at anytime through Email or phone. Also your student will need to create there own basic soccer themed game that will be used for the last day of the soccer unit. The student will need to provide a short paper describing their game with information on what Internet sources they used to help develop this game.

GOOGLE Earth

1. One great use of Technology in which we discussed was the use of "google Earth." you can search anywhere on earth and it will fly over to your destination. you could find houses, land marks, oceans, islands and so on... you are even able to take a virtual tour of areas you type in... when on google earth they will talk about ares in which you are over on the earth...



2. Wordle.net is another good interesting web site that we learned you are able to type in words and they will all come out mixed together and in different fonts and colors...

3. Google for educators gives you of visuals and ideas in education. also you are able to find other cites that are useful for teaching.

4. google maps is another webpage that is useful for directions and locations around the world.

5. Fodey.com helps you with page layouts and making them look all decked out and glittery. you could also create an animated objects...
